Instructions for Use
All PLUCON tents have curved walls and a curved roof once they are fully erected.
Each side consists of four fiberglass poles and one central pivoting disc. At the center of each disc, there is a nylon knot.
Do not pull on this knot when setting up the tent.
Working tents Instructions
SETTING UP
Cubic tents must be erected under tension to achieve the correct shape.
Before setting up, make sure only the entrance zipper in the center is open and that all other zippers are closed. If they are open, close them first.
Lay the white roof section unfolded on the ground.
Enter the tent. With both hands, take hold of the roof poles and push them upwards with force, applying vertical tension.
Once the roof is under tension, begin tensioning the side panels:
Hold the roof section in the air with one hand.
With the other hand, take hold of a side pole.
While keeping one foot on the red PVC base piece, push the pole outward so that all four poles bend under tension.
TAKING DOWN
- Enter the tent and hold one roof pole with one hand to stabilize the structure. With the other hand, pull one of the upper side poles forcefully towards yourself until the wall folds down.
- Ensure that all four discs remain correctly wrapped with their four poles each.
- Before dismantling completely, make sure only the entrance zipper in the center is open and all other zippers are closed.
CLEANING
The PVC fabric can be easily cleaned using non-aggressive cleaning products.
SAFETY
- To prevent injury, never place your hands or fingers near or behind a disc, as the four poles can snap shut close to it.
- Always grip each pole firmly about 30 cm away from the disc.
- Before setting up, check that the location is free of obstacles.
- First erect the tent in a safe, open area, then move it to the workplace where protection is needed.
- Be cautious when working near roads and always follow local safety regulations.
- Once erected, secure the tent properly so it remains stable. We recommend using our accessories for quick and professional fixation.
FABRIC
The tent fabric is made of PVC, is fire-retardant, and meets the DIN 4102 B1 standard.
Never cut into the fabric.
Avoid contact with sharp objects when folding or unfolding the tent.
